Community Events Schedule

Niroga Institute hosts events through the year to bring Yoga to the general public. Events include clinics for certain conditions, all-day Yoga immersions, Yoga retreats, and outreach programs with the community.

Types of Events
Clinics - 8 week long classes that focus on a particular chronic condition. For example, we often run a special clinic for back pain. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Immersions - day long immersion classes that explore Yoga practice and philisophy. Classes are typically held on a Saturday or Sunday. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Retreats - weekend long events that explore many different aspects of Yoga. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Community Outreach Program - public events that bring yoga to the community. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
