Deepening Personal Practice Immersion

This month-long program is for students of all levels who wish to optimize their yoga practice by learning to nurture, and listen to, the teacher within. Students will acquire the skills to develop consistency in their home practice, and customize it for their needs. This immersion is highly recommended for students interested in joining Niroga’s Certified Yoga Teacher Training.

Certified Yoga Teacher Training

This one-year training is for students with a consistent yoga practice who wish to deepen their journey inward, and align their life with their practice. Through self-transformation, and skillful guidance, Niroga Certified Yoga Teachers will be poised to authentically, and effectively, share the benefits of yoga with others.

Integral Health Fellowship (IHF)

This two-year fellowship program provides need-based scholarships for Niroga's Certified Yoga Teacher Training (above), to individuals with low-income, in exchange for 1-year of service as a yoga teacher in communities that have limited access and exposure to mindfulness practices.

Certified Yoga Therapist Training

Year 1 & 2 training program to become Certified Yoga Therapists and Certified Yoga Therapy Specialists.
